Pakem Refund Policy

1. Within 14 days of first payment

Full refund, no questions asked. Email pakem@uncle-z.com with your order ID.

2. Processing

Refunds are processed through Polar to the original payment method. How quickly the refund appears depends on your bank or payment method.

3. After 14 days

No refund for the paid year, except where the law requires one or the service has not been provided. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle.

4. Trials

No charge is made until you pay.

5. Store reductions

As set out in the Terms, section 4.
