Pakem SOP is a browser-based admin panel for cafés, restaurants and multi-outlet chains. You write each SOP as a step-by-step workflow, add your team as users with roles, and set up every store in one account. Pricing starts at $300 per store per year; you can also request a demo.

What it does today

  • SOP workflow builder: write step-by-step workflows, for example opening the bar, counting cash or cleaning the grinder, with step types, approvals and skip reasons. Each workflow belongs to a store and can be edited when the standard changes.
  • Users and roles: add your team and give each person a role and a store.
  • Stores: add every store and manage them all from one account.
  • Admin panel in Indonesian and English.

What is not live yet

The staff mobile app, attendance and shifts, training and reports are not live yet. Today Pakem is the admin side.

How much does Pakem cost?
Pakem annual prices per store are Rp3,000,000 for Starter and Rp7,500,000 for Professional. Enterprise is individually quoted from Rp18,000,000 per store per year. Annual billing only. iPaymu is the planned payment provider for IDR. IDR checkout is not available here. Before you subscribe in IDR, we will provide written details of the seller, the final amount payable and any applicable tax, payment method, renewal, cancellation and refunds. Request a demo to discuss your quote. USD prices are unchanged: Starter $300, Professional $600, Enterprise $1,200 per store per year. USD plans are billed through Polar and renew automatically each year until cancelled.
